Approach to work
INCOTECH operates on the principle of structured cross-sectoral interaction. The cluster brings together organizations that are ready to work within agreed rules, defined roles, and project discipline. The basis of the activity is not public statements, but the organization of processes: team formation, distribution of responsibilities, coordination of actions.
Business model
The cluster's activities are organized around specific initiatives. Each project has a defined structure, responsible participants, and a separate interaction model. At the same time, INCOTECH does not interfere in the internal management or commercial decisions of the participants.

Responsibility for the implementation of specific works and the achievement of technical results lies with the relevant organizations. The task of the cluster is to provide organizational conditions for the coordinated work of the parties.
The cluster does not assume the following functions:
general contractor;
commercial intermediary;
financial operator.
Management
The cluster is managed on the basis of a defined structure of management bodies and collective decisions. Strategic issues are considered at the level of the general meeting of participants. Operational coordination is entrusted to the management body.

INCOTECH is being created as a long-term structure. The goal is not to implement a separate initiative, but to form a stable system of interaction between participants in the engineering and technological environment.
