INCOTECH — Cross-sectoral engineering cluster

An institutional platform that combines engineering teams, scientific developments, and partners to implement applied DeepTech projects with a focus on recovery and export.

The cluster was created to ensure that engineering and science-intensive projects move from idea to implementation in an organized and predictable manner. We provide institutional, partnership, and project support for the initiatives of our participants.

Who are we?

More about us

INCOTECH is an interdisciplinary engineering cluster that plays the role of institutional integrator between engineering companies, scientific organizations, and partners from different sectors. We create an environment for collaboration on applied technology projects - from ideation and engineering development to pilot implementation and scaling.

The cluster does not replace the activities of companies or organizations, but provides a framework for cooperation, coordination, and access to common opportunities. Our activities are focused on practical results - from development to implementation.

Why was the cluster created?

Many engineering and technology initiatives face the same challenges: lack of partners, fragmentation of efforts, and difficulty in accessing external markets. A cluster does not replace companies or organizations - it strengthens their ability to work together.

INCOTECH was created to:

  • unite participants around joint projects, not individual ideas;
  • to provide an organized format of cooperation between business, science and partners;
  • reduce barriers to implementing complex technological solutions.

Projects

Project activities are the main form of work of the INCOTECH cluster.

We initiate, accompany, and support interdisciplinary projects that combine engineering developments, scientific expertise, and practical implementation.

Cluster projects are implemented in collaboration between participants, partners, and external stakeholders and can be at different stages — from concept formation to pilot implementation and scaling.

How do we work?

Open collaboration platform

The cluster's work is built around a project approach. Cooperation formats include working groups, pilot projects, and partnership initiatives. We:

  • we form interdisciplinary project teams and consortia;
  • we support the preparation and maintenance of engineering and technological projects;

  • We provide a partnership and institutional framework for their implementation.

Participants and
partners

The cluster participants are engineering companies, scientific and technological organizations that are directly involved in project activities.
Cluster partners are institutions, companies, and organizations that support the implementation of projects or cooperate within individual initiatives.
