Who is this cluster for?

INCOTECH is designed for organizations and teams that work with real engineering and technological solutions and are interested in systemic cooperation. The following can participate in the cluster:

  • engineering and manufacturing companies;
  • scientific and research organizations;
  • technology teams and project initiatives;
  • institutional partners.

Cluster allows the participation of individuals – industry experts and one-time consultation requests.

What does participation in a cluster mean?

Participation in INCOTECH is not a membership “for status”. The cluster unites participants around joint project and partnership activities.

The participation format includes:

  • involvement in joint projects or initiatives;
  • work within project teams or working groups;
  • access to the partnership and institutional framework of the cluster;
  • the opportunity to initiate or support projects.

  • directly involved in project activities;
  • participate in the formation and implementation of projects;
  • share the principles of INCOTECH cooperation.

Cluster partner

Organizations and institutions that:

  • cooperate within individual projects or initiatives;
  • provide expert, organizational or resource support;
  • are not involved in the daily project work of the cluster.

The specific format of interaction is determined individually for each case.

The process of joining the cluster is phased and involves:

  1. Previous contact
    Addressing the cluster with a brief description of the organization or initiative.
  2. Introduction and discussion
    Discussion of possible formats of participation and areas of cooperation.
  3. Defining the interaction format
    Alignment of roles, levels of involvement and expectations of the parties.
  4. Beginning of cooperation
    Joining projects, working groups or partnership initiatives.

The cluster does not use automatic registration or open recruitment without prior dialogue.

Participation in INCOTECH is based on the following principles:

  • mutual interest in project cooperation;
  • practical contribution to joint activities;
  • compliance with agreed rules and work formats;

  • transparency of roles and expectations.

What the cluster does not offer

The cluster creates conditions for cooperation, but does not replace the activities of the participants. To avoid misunderstandings, it is important to note that INCOTECH:

is not a consulting company;

does not sell ready-made solutions;

does not guarantee funding or grants;

does not act as a turnkey intermediary.
